business planning: The fourth quarter of 2010 has commenced. That means it’s time to plan for 2011! - 10/01/10 07:54 AM
As hard as it is to believe, three-fourths of the year 2010 are now behind us. And that means we’ll be spending the next three months wrapping up the year’s business.
It also means that it’s time to revise our business plans for 2011. (Pronounced twenty-eleven!) It’s a mouthful to say and even more daunting when it comes to preparation for all of the possible scenarios.

It’s already the time for a mid year analysis to examine what we have done correctly so far, and where we need top improve. It’s always important to not only consider the real estate market in general, but also our attempts at adapting to the constant shifting of the winds of change.
