home sales: I’m running out of Coweta County real estate listings … and that’s a good thing! - 08/10/12 04:29 AM
Lately there has been a surge of home sales in Coweta County Georgia and I am running out of inventory.
We still have excellent home prices and when combined with record low interest rates, both owner-occupants and investors are gobbling up every available viable property that hits the market.
Competition for the best properties is keen, and in many cases, sellers are enjoying a “highest and best” scenario.
I am retooling my marketing towards getting more listings, because buyers are plentiful and ravenous.
And I need inventory to satisfy them!
