AM's are VERY busy and receiving annoying emails asking to list properties will get&nbsp;a quick delete.&nbsp; Do what the rest do, apply, join an REO Group like REOMAC and NRBA and attend REO Conferences if you are serious about getting into REO.&nbsp; As a member of the NRBA the information you get from the forums/conferences/newsletters is priceless not to mention the one on one time you get at conferences with the AM's.&nbsp;&nbsp; This isn't a recruitment email rather than experience, these groups are highly recognized in the industry for the quality and experience these REO Agents provide and the blogs/forums people speak openly since these groups are controlled by area and numbers. The BPO/REO World is a niche market that many are trying to catch onto and than call themselves an REO Agent.&nbsp; REO is NOT for everyone especially if your fronting literally thousands of dollars for repairs, utilites, etc.&nbsp; I see all too often other agents posting information that has taken some years to obtain.&nbsp; I highly recommend that you keep the personal information just that, personal.&nbsp; Real REO Agents will respect this comment, from others I'm sure to get some SPAM.&nbsp; I think some that choose to post this information feel they need to be the "hero" but in fact are killing their own business at the same time.&nbsp; It's great to share ideas, offer assistance, etc but giving to much information is mind boggling to me.&nbsp;
