Out of Area Title Company?  Caution!!!


 
Please use Caution when working with an Out of Area Title Company!
Often there are stipulations with foreclosured properties that are being sold by the bank.  Many times the bank's that are selling the foreclosed home require the buyer to use their title company and if you don't use their title company than the buyer has to pay for all of the title and escrow fees for both buyer and seller.  Hardly seems right, yet I've seen this requirement over and over again.  (I won't even ask where RESPA is on this one!)

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do!  Real Estate Consultation




Even in the most amicable situations, Breaking Up Is Hard To Do!   I've recently completed my third Real Estate Divorce Consultation.      Sad when you think about it! 
 
 
 
I now have two of these homes listed and will most likely get this last listing once they've had a chance to talk things over. 
 
For me, the keys to navigating through a couple's stormy time is to be non-judgmental, a great listener and to make sure both parties know that you are representing them both equally.  … (1 comments)

I woke on Thursday morning not knowing how miserable life can be without my computer.  By 9:00 am, I was fully aware of just how dependent I am on the computer, both work like and real life! 
 
Yuck!!!!    My computer was attacked --------------------------- by a very nasty and ugly virus!!!!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
This particular bug attacked the windows system, so I had the dreaded BLUE SCREEN!!
 
Of course I was in full panic mode since I could not even remember the last time I backed up!
