The past four listing appointments I have gone on, I have been informed that they have done extensive research. They told me this upfront. Why? I can only guess to let me know they couldn't be fooled or lied to. Anyways, I did not ask them what they were thinking for a price. I had done a broad CMA before I went just to know what was out there and to see where they fell in the range. So I look around and check out the whole property.
