With over 4 million roads, streets, avenues, etc. in the United States, it's pretty darned near impossible to know them all! OK, my dear readers, the votes have been tabulated, there were no hanging chads or evidence of voter fraud, and the results indicate that by an overwhelming margin you guys hate wallpaper! Now I know in these tough times most people will gladly welcome ANY home buyer! But, given a choice, which do find more gratifying? Personally, I feel that working with 1st timers and "seasoned" buyers have both advantages and disadvantages. For me, one of the most wonderful things about being a Realtor here in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area of North Carolina is the flexibility of the schedule. Personally, I prefer to work from home.
