The breakdown of the price ranges looks as follows:
$300K and under- 4 Homes   $300-400K- 10 $400-500K- 4 $500-600K- 5 $600-700K- 5 $700+ - 6Of the 34 active listings, 15 have been on the market 180+ days and 21 total at 90+ days.
