These homes are situated on about 2 to 203 Acres of land and are comprised of older farms to luxury estates. The highest priced current residential listing is a 1790 farm house situated on 47 acres which is also zoned commercially.

As of the 8/14/07 there are 712 current residential active listings in Jefferson County. Currently 75 homes are under contract which equates to 9.5% of the total currently listed homes.
The breakdown of the price ranges looks as follows:
