It's About Your Place, Not My Face


In making some needed changes (there's still more for me to complete) to my website last year the web designer I was working with asked me what I wanted to do.  After looking at hundreds of websites, I made the statement, "It's about their place, not my face."  She excitedly said, "FINALLY, an agent that gets it!"  She further went on to state about how many agents think it is all about them.  After this conversation, I have started using this tag line more and more.

JUST ONE PHOTO?
Our local MLS provider, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc., allows users to post up to 30 photos for every listing.  It is simply amazing to me the number of agents that neglect the use of this very important service - do agents really only take 1 photo of the property? 
After reviewing the list of expired listings this morning it is unbelieveable to me how many agents are not posting anymore than a photo of the front of the home.  Today's consumer wants to see photos!  They are starting their search on-line … (0 comments)
