Can My Buyers Just Show Up?


Almost finished with my work day yesterday at 4:30pm and my cell phone rings.  The agent scheduled to show my listing between 5-6pm informs me he is tied up and can't accompany the buyers, but will the sellers let them in to see the house? (The agent called to schedule the appointment right around 3:30 pm and his office is about 45 minutes away.)
I had to stop and think about this -- I know things come up, but it seemed to almost be pre-meditated that the agent was going to just let his buyers look at the house, … (0 comments)
