exit: Forget the Fluff - 10/14/10 09:03 AM
I was talking to a well-respected Realtor in Michigan this past week and was asking her opinion on various issues. I was curious what was going on in her market with other offices and agents, and in particular, who may be some prospects I should go after to consider for our brand. While talking with her, she was telling me why she decides to stay at her company after 16 years. By the way, this was not a recruiting call for me, it was an informational call; I do not compromise my relationships by forcing our brand on them, and as

exit: On The Road Again - 10/19/09 02:10 PM
It’s 5:30 Tuesday morning and I’m in my car heading down the road again for a week of appointments. One thing I love is to see the sun coming up over the hood of my car on a frosty fall morning. This message was pulled from a blog on www.headofrealestate.com. Posted on February 26th, 2009 by admin and reposted with the permission of the author, Vincent Arcuri. As I sit in my office thinking of how the real estate world operates, and I'm talking to Realtor's and Real Estate Franchises, I see the world changing before my eyes. Since I am one of the highest ranking ERA Agents in the world, I feel like I can honestly evaluate all franchises models and tell you why I don't think they can or will survive this downturn. ERA for example, charges me a 6%

exit: Are you living abundantly? - 06/09/08 08:37 AM
Every great wealth building book ever written says we should be living abundantly. Achieving balance in all we do is the goal, right? Enough money and enough time to do all that we want to do in life. That may mean more time with family and friends, time for volunteering or worship; whatever, this picture will look different to each one of us. But, one thing is for sure, you can't get there if you are a slave to the almighty dollar. THIS CARD IS THE EXIT SUCCESS CARD. THIS CARD REPRESENTS 130 MILLION DOLLARS TOWARD ABUNDANT LIVING. 130 million dollars
