What's happening in Fort Myers Beach in August, 2011? Well. it's plenty warm, sunny and typically there is an afternoon shower. The seasonal crowds are absent but you'll always find some vacationing folks as well as the locals strolling the beaches and streets. As you might expect, events on the beach are also quieter during the summer, but if you enjoy soccer, here's an event for you!
