The Average Sales Price of properties in the Lake Lyman, SC area, according to local MLS stats, has increased by over 18% in the past year compared to the year before.  That's pretty considerable when the overall sales price in our Upstate area from 2004 to the present has shown a high of just a 9.4% jump in 1 year!  This area has not topped the popularity charts in the past for "Must-See Destinations", but it's on its way.  Maybe this is due to the fact that Lake Lyman is only 4 miles from Greer, which is one of South Carolina's … (0 comments)
