How is Your Annual Review coming along? Its that time of year, things are coming to a close for one year and gearing up for the next, time for a little reflection before we finalize those goals for next year. Time to decide what went right this past year, what went wrong, and what needs a little adjustment for next year. and of course, there are a few things from this year that would be best to eliminate next year. In a free market economy everyone will receive the pay and recognition that they earn. If their current employer is not paying enough then someone will steal them away and pay them more. And if they are not earning their paycheck then they will continue to lose jobs until they are at the pay level that they deserve, and sometimes this pay is nothing.
