OK, I'm packing up in November and taking a quick flight to Sin City to check out the NAR Conference Las Vegas. I remember last years blogs that were dedicated to the New Orleans Conference, and couldn't pass up the chance to catch one so close to home!
I will probably spend most of my time at the Expo where there will be over 700 exhibition booths full of real estate candy....and some great tools for the real estate virtual assistant. OK, so I haven't really decided if I like single property websites or not. Some agents swear by them, and others do not, simply for difficulty of achieving enough SEO to drive traffic. I do think that sellers love the idea, and its great for agents who can use the property sites to get traffic to their own websites. Good viral marketing, and it does make a good impression, because its still novel in the eyes of the public. "What, my home will have its OWN website..?!"
