I LOVE reading the posts on Active Rain regarding building teams, hiring that first assistant, and exploring the options that will build your business. Those are agents on on the cusp of huge success and are looking for ways to make the jump from going it all alone to using leverage to increase your potential.

OK, This week has been stress week for me! Building a business is a lot about picking and choosing what path is right for us, and who we are going to bring along for the ride to help us grow. I have been interviewing/consulting all week with a Top Producer about coming on board as a part of her team. I drove from Sacramento today out to San Mateo (about 1/2 hour past San Francisco)to finish off the third part of this hiring process.  I'm getting ready to head into a slower time for my business, so I'm taking more time to look at my marketing plan, think about my future goals for next year etc. It's a good time to reflect, and re-touch on some basics, that we can all share, as business owners, and think about how to achieve those goals for next year~ There are 3 "L's" that I keep in mind:
