One of the many benefits of working with real estate professionals is working with them on marketing strategies, and to help them in building their businesses. It is really amazing to me to see and meet such different personalities and see how they apply knowledge, experience etc. into their everyday practices. But, every once in a while...
I pick up the phone and I have to CRINGE, Say NOOOOOO!!, and marvel at the unethical marketing strategies some agents think of! What are you thinking?!  Such was the case earlier this week....

How many times have you re-invented the wheel? How many times have you emailed the same documents, notes, photos etc. How many times have you made a list only to forget it, lose it, or wish you could share it w/someone else?

 I'm getting ready to head into a slower time for my business, so I'm taking more time to look at my marketing plan, think about my future goals for next year etc. It's a good time to reflect, and re-touch on some basics, that we can all share, as business owners, and think about how to achieve those goals for next year~ There are 3 "L's" that I keep in mind:

OK, So here I am a Virtual Assistant, manually imputting my clients listings on Craigslist.com.  7 days later, I'm typing in the same info over again. But, something always nags me...from my creative eye the listings look terrible...no matter that my ad copy sounds great~ that luxury home doesn't look any better than the overpriced condo down the street!  
Upon further review of the competition, I'm noticing listing ads that look like nice flyers, or website screen shots or something...BUT they are far more professional looking that what I'm putting in. so my detective work begins.  I go to Craigslist HELP, … (35 comments)
