With a little magic, vacant rooms can come alive and show buyers the full potential on the internet and in person. Here's a quick snipit of a job we completed last week.
The best way to entice potential buyers to envision living in a home is to make sure it appeals to their senses - which is nearly impossible to do when it is vacant!

Real Estate Shows - Love them? Hate them? Compare! - 09/07/09 10:43 AM
Say slide show and I still think of sitting in my aunt's living room with the lights down low, watching reel after reel of slides from travels and drifting off into "the zone".
You know "the zone".
Your eyes are open but you aren't really "seeing". That's the last think I want to happen when people check out our photos!
Fantastic photos are key to real estate so today I've been playing on with different "slide" shows.

Nearly every home I visit has a stash of no longer used "valuables" -- an old computer monitor, cameras, pdas, game consoles.  These items were expensive when we purchased them, and even if no longer in use, it's hard to give them away and finding someone to buy them may be challenging.
