I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THEM FOR 5 MONTHS
FINALLY HAVE 1 APPROVAL- THANK GOD- THAT MAY CLOSE- AWAITING BUYERS DOCS
I HAVE AN APPROVAL FOR ANOTHER- WHICH I AM TOLD THE BUYERS DONT QUALIFY NOW
AND THE VALUE OF THE HOME HAS DROPPEDN AND I MAY NOT GET AN OFFER AT APPROVED SALE PRICE

I was talking with my lender friend and he watched as people in his office
running to get loans locked - 1 lender had 45 files to lock- man I wish I had that problem
