Credit has become a huge issue over the past year. Week in and week out, I meet with customers who have a compromised credit file and as the result . . . a lower credit score. Guidelines continue to change requiring a higher score in order to get a preferred interest rate. People with 700 credit scores are being looked as a RISK - WHAT!
