I hate to say this but it seems that summer is almost over!  And it feels like it just started!!  Or is it just me?  I spent most of the spring and beginning of summer planning my wedding and we all know how much that takes out of you!  Well, the brides know anyway!!  I was married to my wonderful husband, Ric, on July 4th and we just got back from our honeymoon in Jamaica.  And STILL.......I feel like I've missed the whole summer!  The kids start school in less than a month and I guess I base "summer" on that.  … (0 comments)

As I drove to work today I thought about what this holiday means to me. I was reminded of our country's beauty as I drove through the green, green valley's that lead up to those beautiful Rocky Mountains. I spotted our American flag flying in places I never noticed before, so many of them.... I guess this day marking our country's birthday and independence sparks something in me to take notice.
