If the place you rent is a dump, then your tenant is going to treat it like a dump!!!Spend a little time and money, clean that dump up, then rent it to someone who will take care of it and possibly end up buying it from you.  I turn everyone into a buyer. if they have to rent for a few years and striaghten their credit so they can buy, so be it. There are so many people out their that are good, decent, people that need a home and a hand for a while...

Come on people clean those dumps up. Educate your tenants, let them know it is ok to be down on your luck...things will turn around...I have living proof that this could make things turn around much faster.

There are so many programs and opportunities out their, we as Realtors need to take a step up, if we own them, fix them up and rent or rent to own...I beleive in progress...I am seeing things get much better in Edgewater, FL and I am glad to be part of so many people's lives and their journey...I am enjoying the ride!!!
