In North Orange County CA, and especially in Fullerton, CA, I have noticed that things are really starting to pick up.  I have buyers that are looking to buy and it seems like the good homes are going quick in the first time homebuyer range.
I have noticed the investors coming out and making all cash offers knocking us out of the game quite early.  Some people are saying that we have hit the bottom!  A girl would think so when she has lots of buyers, most of which are first timers that are getting beat out left and right!

I happen to love working with first time home buyers.  I have a listing in a great neighborhood that seems to attract them and there is nothing like the feeling of helping them make one of the single most important investments and decisions of their life!
First, I will show them a house or two (typically the one they called on and then one more). I ask them if they have seen a lender or have any idea of how much they can afford, etc... Typically, the answer is, "no".

So my day started out like any other, have some coffee, get ready and head out.
Heading out was a bit different. It was Earth Day and I had decided to ride my bike to the office and then on to Downtown Fullerton with a bicycle basket full of reusable grocery bags for clients and friends in the Downtown area.

Today is Earth Dayand for some reason, there does not seem to be as much attention focused on it as usual.  I am a little disappointed to see this but am really excited to mix up my day a bit.
My goal today is to NOT DRIVE MY CAR!
