fullerton area homes: Drake's Cristal Ball - The Future of the Fullerton Real Estate Market - 11/17/10 10:07 AM
When a Downtown Fullerton home owner asked me what I think will happen to the Fullerton real estate market in the  six to twelve months, I thought it might make for a good article.
The answer depends on so many factors; a major one being foreclosures, or lack there of.  Many banks still don't seem to be foreclosing. Between the loss the banks incur (when the home is actually sold), home owners working to stay in their homes, bankruptcies and lawsuits are just some things keeping the banks at bay.  We have been anticipating that they will start foreclosing for years now … (1 comments)

fullerton area homes: My Buyer Became my Friend. I Just Love it When That Happens! - 11/24/08 10:53 PM
About nine months ago, I received a referral for a nice girl that was looking to buy her first home.  We started off just like so many of my buyers and I do; talking about what sort of house she was hoping for, her price range, location, etc...
Almost every home we looked at was bank owned and in terrible disrepair.  We would get frustrated and happy all in one day.  We looked at so many homes and had so many "little adventures".  We always looked forward to getting together. We would be laughing one minute and crying the next.  House … (22 comments)

fullerton area homes: Down Payment Assistance Programs for First Time Home Buyers - In and Around Fullerton, CA. - 06/10/08 08:38 PM
Down Payment Assistance Programs for First Time Home Buyers - In and Around Fullerton, CA.
I have a great lender that I work with that is a wiz at finding ways to help first time home buyers.  She, like me, loves Fullerton and helping buyers realize their dream of homeownership.
She recently started searching out programs for some of my buyers and found a lot of options for down payment assistance.  There was one thing that surprised both of us; FULLERTON does NOT offer a down payment assistance program!
Don't fret my fellow Fullertonians; there are still plenty of ways you … (0 comments)
