Can you believe that January is almost over?  Typically the holidays are quiet in real estate but it stayed busy right through and still is!  
2009 is over and if I had to give the year a theme, it could easily have been; "Half the Inventory with Twice the buyers"; or maybe "The Grand Canyon Gap Between Buyers and Sellers" or possibly, "It's an Investors World". I could go on and on but with the low inventory and scores of buyers it is really of balance.  Check out the graph to see for yourself.

The other day I posted a blog and a graph about what is happening with inventory in Fullerton.  Fullerton Real Estate - Supply and Demad - The Facts.  The fact is; it has decreased. Someone asked a great question in response and it was, "What are the home prices doing in Fullerton?"  Great question, here is the answer, in graph form. (Funny, I think I might be becoming a graph person after all.)
