I owe you an apology. 
I should have warned you.  I should have been running around with my hair on fire.  I should have been shouting from the rooftops.  But I was afraid you would think I was just another real estate agent trying to make a sale.

People are always asking me if it is a good time to buy or sell.  My answer is usually, "Well, do you need a place to live or do you need to move?"
I have a lot of buyers that are really nervous about buying for fear the market may go down.  I also have sellers that are afraid to sell because they are hoping it will come back up.

I spent my Labor Day Weekend and the days leading up to and after it packing, moving and unpacking!  Every time I move, I say that I will NEVER do it again!  So why do I keep doing it?  That is the LAST time, seriously!
During one of my many trips to the new house, just when I thought that I couldn't take it anymore, I got a surprise.  My lovely new neighbor Sandie came over to the house with a big box of delicious fresh baked cookies from Beverly's Best (If you are in the Fullerton/Brea area, you probably know the place).
