IN my discussions with local real estate professionals, it seems that we can all agree that things are picking up drastically here in Franklin NC as regards listings and sales of homes. Usually, when school starts up is when we see the big slow down in sales and traffic here in Franklin NC, but not this year. It appears to be just the opposite, school started and we have been swamped with traffic and sales ever since.
