I was doing some showings over the weekend, and as I was setting some showings up on a number of homes(With 3 day notice), I have to say I was a bit surprised that out of all of the home owners, 1 out of 9 said no.
Believe me I understand it was Father's Day weekend, and we all have personal lives, but really if you really want to sell, you got to get people through the door.

summer is my Favorite time of year, especially here in WI when it goes so quick. i just took a peak outside it's 80 degrees birds chirping and trees have all their leaves.
i guess i really must have been working too hard for a while to stop and smell the tulips( since roses are not yet in bloom)
