How many of you are truely happy with your broker? I am! I did alot of research when i became a Realtor.And Exit Realty was by far the best choice on paper.We all know that things look good on paper but when you get down to it they are not so great. I do not handle many commercial listings. I have 2 commercial listings for vacant land in Tamaqua Pa 18252 They are across from wal mart in a fairly undeveloped area. So i thought to myself who would buy these lots?I am thinking a fast food chain or gas station, hotel maybe. Does anyone have any contact info that they would like to share for the real estate departments of any big fast food chains?Or have any buyer looking for commercial property in schuylkill county pa?

How many of you give out closing gifts at settlement?Being a new agent i talked to seasoned agents in my office to see what they did.many of them didnt give anything or what i consider cheesy.i want to give something that they will rember me in the future.i also plan on giving the gift a few days after settlement .the day of settlement to much is going on .i feel it will make a bigger impression if i stop buy there new home and thank them and give them a gift.i am thinking of giving them a tree for there new … (10 comments)
