horse expo: Horse Lovers Flock to the Allentown Horse Expo - 04/17/09 12:05 PM

April 4, 2009 proved to be too windy and chilly of a day for riding but it didn't keep over 3,000 horse enthusiasts away from the Eastern PA Horse Expo held at the Allentown Fairgrounds. A brainchild of Bill and Noelle Vander Brink of Bucks County Equestrian, this new Expo had all the makings of success. Aside from a strategic advertising campaign, the vendor booths were professionally installed and sold-out, I might add. Cindy Stys Equestrian & Country Properties, Ltd. will be collecting used tack for their ongoing project, Tackful Mission, which will be sent to nations in Africa that are developing riding programs and horse sport.
If you wish to donate tack please bring it to our booth # 59 at the upcoming Horse Expo. Look forward to seeing you there.

Thoko, from Malawi Africa has been riding for 3 years
Cindy Stys Equestrian Properties, Ltd. is collecting used tack to be sent to impoverished equestrians in Malawi and Swaziland, in Southern Africa. This project, Tackful Mission, is part of a global leadership and training program Cindy Stys is enrolled in at Landmark Education. Her connections to the International Equestrian Federation in Switzerland prompted Stys to link the local horse community to developing countries eager to be involved in horse sport.
