Beautiful Day, birds singing, gentle breeze blowing, you would think it would be a perfect day for people to take a drive to the country to look at a property, but alas it wasn't to be as only one couple who lived two doors down came to the open house. As a realtor are we wasting our time? I was told in the beginning that open houses were a good way to find prospects but over the years I have noticed fewer and fewer people coming to them.
