Silver Towers, Kew Gardens, Queens County, New York
Located at the corner of Queens Blvd and 83 Street is the Silver Towers. There is a whole row of really cool businesses lined up beneath this wonderful residence and you can see a bit of Manhattan from the upper floors. Cocina Latina is located in the lower center of the picture where the orange sign is. They deliver and happen to be one of my favorite 35 restaurants that do. Stephen is a fixture there. You would be surprised at how much traffic you run into at midnight in Manhattan. In case you thought it was just a song, I'm here to set the record straight and tell you the that fact of the matter is New York City never sleeps. People are hopping off and on buses, going in and out of train stations, partying on the ferry boats, jogging across bridges and eating out all day and all night...

Queens Blvd, as a street, has been around since 1873. It's gone through several transitions through the ages, but in essence it has always been around for as long as anyone could remember. Originally a two Lane Road, it has been expanded into six Lanes and can almost take you from one end of the borough to the other. My favorite part of Queens Blvd. (besides the shopping and food, of course) is The #7 Train In The Grass by the Queens County Borough Hall.
