Okay, it's official. I will be taking the exam to get my license in South Carolina. Yay! I am very excited about this because the goal is to get licensed in FL, TX and SC to compliment my NY venture. One of my mentors has inspired me to (44 comments)

I highly recommend the above link. I'm still studying the 1968 Fair Housing Laws, looking up foundational cases so I can get the concepts to make sense in my head. I really want to pass my broker exams and as a visual learner, I lean more towards illustrations, outlines, fact (2 comments)

The "Fair Housing Act" is not the same as the "Architectural Barriers Act," although they both were written in 1968.
