A lot of todays homeowners would like to move but can not afford to make that move because what they paid for their home a few years ago is not what they can sell it for today. What is keeping Georgia's home prices down? Foreclosures continue to service as a major source of declining home values on residential real estate in Georgia. They keep the market from rebounding. At the end of 2009, 2.68% of all housing units in Georgia were in foreclosure, according to statistics compiled by Realty Trac. That number is up about 24% from the end of 2008 … (0 comments)
