HOW DO YOU SET UP THE ASSOCIATION SECTION - 05/27/08 04:44 PM
I am new to active rain and cannot figure out how to add agents to my association section.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I WILL MAKE A PROMIE TO ALL AGENTS   GET BACK TO BASICS FIND AN APPARTMENT COMPLEX   KNOCK ON 100 DOORS IF YOU CAN NOT GET AT LEAST ONE GOOD BUYER. THEN TRY TO KNOCK ON AT LEAST ONE MORE DOOR  AND YOU WILL HAVE A BUYER.
REMENBER YOU ARE IN SALES  NOT SITTING ON THE SEAT BUSNESS.

Take the time to contact your past customers to make sure they are not having difficulties making their mortgage payments.  There are many things that you can do to assist them. Most homeowners biggest hurdle is not knowing where to turn. Take the time to learn the basics of mortgage foreclosure. You will not only become knowledgable yourself, but you will have a customer for life....  Any comments call me or email me and I will talk with you.
