Yes the restaurant is know for its exceptional food, quality and servise. It and Meadowood are the only three Michelin star restaurants in Northern California. Living here

Here in the Napa Valley, especially in the cities of Napa and American Canyon, anything priced correctly and is perceived as a good value are receiving 5 - 10 offers regularly. This is especially true for anything priced up to $450,000. Heck I have heard of as many as 22 offers on a Brown's Valley 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in great condition which was priced at $435,000 and sold with 17 offers over asking

Yountville, Napa Valley, home to the priciest hotel rooms in the state This may be a list that the Town of Yountville doesn't want to be number one on. But according to a press release from CheapHotels.org, taken in 30 California destinations June through August 2012, Yountville has the priciest hotel rooms in the state. I don't know how much stock to put into this but their website did show up #29 on a Google search of "cheap hotel rooms". One thing for certain, the Town is a true destination with several top rated hotels and spas with about 600 rooms in total.

CAR has created a special section to help homeowners regarding mortgage fraud - 06/12/12 08:39 AM
The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and district attorneys throughout the state have joined together to warn consumers about the increase in mortgage fraud and foreclosure and short sale scams. C.A.R. also has created a special section on its website to help educate consumers about fraud and scams, including how to avoid it and what to do if they become a victim. In addition to the website, C.A.R. also has released public service announcements alerting consumers to the possibilities of becoming a victim and being taken advantage of as a result of the recent National Mortgage Settlement

Starting June 15th, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac to give final short sale decision within 60 days - 06/04/12 07:56 AM
Speeding up short sales Beginning June 15, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which regulates Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, will require both agencies to give short-sale buyers a final decision within 60 days. Under this same guideline, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac also must respond to initial requests for a short sale within 30 days of receiving the buyer’s submission.
