I was surprised the other day when someone told me that they did not know that there was a tax credit available to them as first time homebuyers. I think that Realtors and the media have done a great job getting this information out there. But there is still time!  You can get in on this whether you are a first time homebuyer or a repeat homebuyer.  The deadline for a signed purchase agreement (meaning signed by buyer and seller) is April 30th 2010.  The closing must be by June 30th, 2010 in order to qualify. 

What better time to list your home for sale than when their are incentives such as the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit, and the new Previous HomeOwner Tax Credit;  low interest rates, and REALTORS ready to work hard to make your transactions fast and stress free.
