Well here we are again my favorite time of year!

What I love about this card is all the smiling faces and of course seeing them in thier new home. Helping families obtain their dreams is part of what Real Estate is all about and we love helping our buyers in the Charlottesville area.

Greene County is just North of Charlottesville and offers beautiful properties at great prices. I recently compared the cost of new construction from Greene to Albemarle and was shocked at the difference (my clients are made aware of these comparisons). When you are looking for Just Listed Homes in Greene County, Remember Greene County as it is not far from Charlottesville and has some great vistas!!!

Well maybe not all but I want to make my clients aware of why I started Charlottesville Real Estate Solutions. Many people know how I got into Real Estate after moving to the Charlottesville area 11 years ago. There is a lot about this subject on my website – Charlottesville Solutions

The reason that I started Charlottesville Solutions is actually very interesting. You see when I started in real estate I worked at a large brokerage and it was eye opening. A large brokerage is like a large ship, it moves slowly and deliberately, but it does take time.

I then went to a dynamic franchise real estate firm in Charlottesville. This was very interesting to see some top agents that all operated independent from one another. It was like a lot of faster boats but all going in different directions.
