I was first attracted to Brio because of the web site. I had been playing around on Redfin's site and was pleased that so much information was available and readily accessible. Without delving into the Redfin model, suffice it to say that their site empowers consumers. I saw the industry changing and knew I would have to find a company that was ready for the future. Shortly thereafter, I met with Tyson and Bob and joined the company.
I look back and realize my thinking about Brio only scratched the surface. Sure, they were poised and prepared for the future of this industry, but they are more than that. In fact, I see Brio (especially under the leadership of Ardell) as a player in this industry's future. There is more than an eye to the future; there is a vision of what it will and should look like. In other words, this company is making the real estate industry what it will (and should) become, both technologically, and ethically.
All I can say is that I cannot imagine a better place to be right now. I am convinced that if agents follow Ardell's lead, they will be successful and their clients will be well served. The energy she puts into her work is commendable. I feel lucky to be a recipient of her knowledge and energy. Thank you, Ardell. And, thank you, Brio.
