The Bad People Lurking on Twitter and Facebook - 10/19/09 10:25 AM
I find this very informative. Via Bart Wilson (Voyager International): Dean posted a good article on Twitter security today. Way to go Dean. Twitter is not safe. Far from it. Too many of us like Facebook and Twitter. But less than 90% of us truly understand the grave risks that using these tools presents to your becoming just another victim of identity theft. Twitter uses Cloud-based technology. Which essentially collects clusters of excess space (hard drive space) from lots of pools of other computers and there isn't much bullet proof security you can apply to that technology. It's hacked all the time. (4 comments)

A relatively new solution to a financial crisis, the short sale has been used successfully in Laramie County as (0 comments)

Books and Blue Sky in Baltimore, MD - 10/02/09 07:45 PM
Hope your book signing went well. Sure is a great book. Via Margaret Rome- Baltimore, Md.-TREC-HomeRome.com (Author:Real Estate the Rome Way): I watched the hourly weather the night before, and the forecast was rain all the way through 1:00 p.m., then sunshine and only a 10% chance of precipitation. Would the book signing, we had scheduled from 2:00 to 3:00 last Friday, be soggy or bright? The day turned out to be one of those absolutely glorious gems, cool but sunny, no longer summer, but not quite fall either. A perfect day, and well deserved after last year's "Liquid Sunshine."
