    <title>Wasted Time, or Not?! (the conclusion)</title>

&lt;p&gt;before you read this, if you haven't read the prequels, &lt;a href="http://activerain.com/blogsview/507829/Wasted-Time-or-not" target="_blank"&gt;click here&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I apologize to those of you that have been waiting for me to continue this story.&amp;nbsp; To be truthful, I had to take a long break from the whole situation to get back on the right track.&amp;nbsp; This whole chain of events threw me off completely.&amp;nbsp; I'm back, and here's the rest of the story:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We left off with Randy questioning me about my sign in the yard of the home that he &amp;amp; his wife had just moved into, as tenants.&amp;nbsp; His voice seemed weak, confused, and angry all at the same time.&amp;nbsp; I could also tell that he didn't trust the person on the other end of the line, me.&amp;nbsp; I took his phone number &amp;amp; told him that I would keep in touch with him to let him know what was happening.&amp;nbsp; I felt really bad, as I had no answers for the questions he was asking me.&amp;nbsp; Even if I knew the answers to these questions, I had no business telling him, one way or another.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if that makes sense, but I'm a Realtor &amp;amp; not an attorney.&amp;nbsp; Bottomline, these were some serious legal issues arising.&amp;nbsp; Problem is, being that this was as new to me as it was to all of these people, I just did what I knew how to do best.&amp;nbsp; I did what I could to help.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As soon as I hung up with Randy, my phone rang again.&amp;nbsp; This time, it was a female on the other end.&amp;nbsp; Another tenant.&amp;nbsp; For this story, we'll call her Mrs. Buhner.&amp;nbsp; Mrs. Buhner and her family had been living in their home for about 3 months.&amp;nbsp; They lived in a part of Puyallup called South Hill.&amp;nbsp; She said that the owner of the home, Edgar, had given her my number.&amp;nbsp; It seems that he hadn't told her what was going on, only to call me.&amp;nbsp; The first thing she asked me was why she should trust Edgar or myself.&amp;nbsp; Again, I had no answers.&amp;nbsp; I told her that I had seen the Deed, confirming that Edgar was the legal owner.&amp;nbsp; I also told her that I am a licensed Realtor and have quite a bit to lose if I'm being deceptive.&amp;nbsp; Regardless, she begins to tell me of all the issues she has had with the house &amp;amp; with Bad, LLC.&amp;nbsp; It seems that the home she is renting is in a gated community, though they were never given a gate code.&amp;nbsp; When the sales rep had shown them the home, they had to sit outside the gate and wait for another car to go through, so they could follow it in.&amp;nbsp; GHETTO!&amp;nbsp; So, for the past three months, her family has had to do the same thing.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, they would have to sit and wait for more than two hours.&amp;nbsp; What's more, the&amp;nbsp;dishwasher &amp;amp; the washing machine broke.&amp;nbsp; When they called&amp;nbsp;Bad, LLC to see about getting these repaired, this is what they were told: "Go ahead and replace the broken equipment,&amp;nbsp;forward us the bill, and we will reimburse you."&amp;nbsp; Riiight...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, I took&amp;nbsp;Mrs. Buhner's contact info and told her the same thing that I had told Randy.&amp;nbsp; Then, Chris called me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Same story, different house.&amp;nbsp; Then Mrs. Cora, but she had a different story, kind of.&amp;nbsp; She actually lived in a home owned by Mr. Bad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;She had read &lt;a href="http://activerain.com/blogsview/470773/has-anybody-heard-of"&gt;a short blog post of mine asking if anybody had ever heard of Bad, LLC.&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Read it yourself, as you may wish to read some of the comments that some of the other victims have left.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, she didn't know who to make her rent payment to.&amp;nbsp; She also wanted me to tell her what the "heck" was going on.&amp;nbsp; Once again, questions for which I had no answers.&amp;nbsp; Now I officially had a "list" of people involved.&amp;nbsp; Better start keeping track.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eventually, I had four properties&amp;nbsp;listed, with more coming.&amp;nbsp; This may be my year, right????&amp;nbsp; Wrong, at least not because of this travesty.&amp;nbsp; Regardless, I'm smack dab in the middle of a tidal wave.&amp;nbsp; Over the next&amp;nbsp;couple of weeks, I gather info, market properties, and learn everything I can about short sales, straw borrowers,&amp;nbsp;and the ethics involved with these issues.&amp;nbsp; At one point, my broker stopped me to ask me, "What are you, a private investigator?"&amp;nbsp; "Huh?", was all I could respond with.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;She had also informed me of some information she had learned at a class that day.&amp;nbsp; Investment properties could not be sold as short sales.&amp;nbsp; She also stated that the instructor had talked about a scenario very similar to the one I was dealing with.&amp;nbsp; In fact, she&amp;nbsp;actually thought that the instructor was talking about&amp;nbsp;"my scenario".&amp;nbsp; She wasn't.&amp;nbsp; I asked for the phone # of the instructor, called her, and changed the direction I was moving immediately.&amp;nbsp; We'll call the instructor Mrs. Piniella.&amp;nbsp; Mrs. Piniella&amp;nbsp;listened to my story and gave me one bit of advice.&amp;nbsp; Disconnect my name from everything going on with these properties, and RUN! RUN! RUN!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I took her advice and RAN! RAN! RAN!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only involvement I find myself in now is an occasional hit on my blog, usually another victim of Bad, LLC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh, as far as ALL of the victims that I had already been speaking with:&amp;nbsp; I called all of them immediately upon taking my name out of the middle and set up a one-time meeting at my office.&amp;nbsp; At the meeting, which only two of the tenants found time to attend, I had some info on what to do next, who to contact to report all of this, and told them that this was my final act.&amp;nbsp; I let them know that I am interested in the outcome, but can do them no good by keeping myself in the middle of it all.&amp;nbsp; My hope was that they knew I did all I could and could do no more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Open Letter, To ALL of Our Armed Forces!</title>

&lt;p&gt;This is an open letter, directed at all of our Men &amp;amp; Women in the Armed Forces.&amp;nbsp; Well, except to the slackers, like I was.&amp;nbsp; Let me get something out of the way.&amp;nbsp; I will NEVER pretend to know what you are going through or what you've already been through.&amp;nbsp; I am a Vet.&amp;nbsp; But, not at all like you.&amp;nbsp; My time was served during a time of peace.&amp;nbsp; Yours is not.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I wanna share a story with you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I haven't had access to post since I left the Navy in 1999.&amp;nbsp; So, I have't even gone to post in almost 10 years.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday, I was heading to&amp;nbsp;the shoppette on Ft. Lewis.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;A buddy of mine is an army wife.&amp;nbsp; He rode with&amp;nbsp;me, in my car that is stickerless.&amp;nbsp; We were, obviously, turned away at the gate.&amp;nbsp; But, before we&amp;nbsp;could turn around,&amp;nbsp;a couple of police cars came screaching through.&amp;nbsp; The gate-keepers ran over and opened a special gate for them.&amp;nbsp; Directly behind them were two Harleys.&amp;nbsp; Behind the Harleys, 5 buses full of "You".&amp;nbsp; Man, if I wasn't supposed to be there at that moment to witness all of you...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I know where all of you just returned from, though I know nothing of the place.&amp;nbsp; Seeing those buses made&amp;nbsp;all of your sacrifices that much realer for me.&amp;nbsp; Thank You for allowing me to share that moment with you, Thank You for your service, and Thank You Thank You Thank You!&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Why Live in DuPont?  Here's Why!</title>

&lt;p&gt;Today, I walked around town &amp;amp; knocked on random doors.&amp;nbsp; At the homes that people answered, I posed this question:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is it about DuPont that you like, and that people contimplating moving to DuPont should know?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;The answers where varied, but very similar.&amp;nbsp; Here are a few:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"The convenience is unmatched, especially for military &amp;amp; prior military persons." &lt;strong&gt;-Skip&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"The neighborhoods are so lovely!&amp;nbsp; The convenience &amp;amp; proximity to everything is wonderful.&amp;nbsp; We could use a grocery store though." &lt;strong&gt;-Mrs. Stone&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"My favorite part of DuPont is the neighbors." &lt;strong&gt;-G. Smith&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"The master planning of the entire community is so nice.&amp;nbsp; I think that they did such a wonderful job with it." &lt;strong&gt;-Anonymous&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"I really love the community closeness.&amp;nbsp; Being mostly military, we all pretty much know eachother." &lt;strong&gt;-E.J.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;OK. Glad yer back.&amp;nbsp; So, we put the properties on the market.&amp;nbsp; I had&amp;nbsp;two shiny new listings.&amp;nbsp; Time to&amp;nbsp;shift into "marketing mode".&amp;nbsp; And I hit it hard.&amp;nbsp; I spent the next&amp;nbsp;day &amp;amp; a half doin what I do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The afternoon of that second day was my next appt. with the next "investor".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;When he walked into my office, I saw that I already knew this guy.&amp;nbsp; His name,&amp;nbsp;for this story, was Edgar.&amp;nbsp; I won't say how I know Edgar, but I do.&amp;nbsp; His story was exactly the same as Ken Jr.'s, to the tee.&amp;nbsp; I told him to gather all of his financial documentation &amp;amp; his contract with Bad, LLC.&amp;nbsp; Would you believe that Bad, LLC never gave them a signed copy of their contract?&amp;nbsp; Huh?&amp;nbsp; If you hadn't noticed, I stopped counting the clues, awhile back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Get what you've got, and let's meet tomorrow to get your two properties, in two counties, with two..." (- you get the story -)&amp;nbsp;"...on the market."&amp;nbsp; That would be me that said that to him.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, the properties are on the market.&amp;nbsp; I'm goin' down my list of marketing activities.&amp;nbsp; Yup, I just have a list on a napkin, that I keep in my back pocket, for when I get a listing.&amp;nbsp; ((((Ring)))) ...&amp;nbsp; ((((Ring)))).&amp;nbsp; "Good Morning, this is Corey."&amp;nbsp; "Hi, Corey.&amp;nbsp; My name is Randy.&amp;nbsp; I'm the tenant of the house that you just put your sign in front of.&amp;nbsp; Is the property for sale?"&amp;nbsp; Uhhhhhh.&amp;nbsp; Hmmmm.&amp;nbsp; I wanted to say something like, "Duhhh.", but refrained.&amp;nbsp; Instead I had to think fast for something more intelligent.&amp;nbsp; I am a professional, afterall.&amp;nbsp; So, I told him, "Yes, the property is for sale."&amp;nbsp; I then asked him to share, with me, his experience with Bad, LLC.&amp;nbsp; This is where I began to get the "emotional" attachedness.&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt;I realize that attachedness is not a word, but I like it&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp; So, Randy begins to tell me that he is a soldier, and that he and his bride had just moved into their new home only&amp;nbsp;a month ago.&amp;nbsp; They are clueless as to what has been happening.&amp;nbsp; Obviously.&amp;nbsp; Here's this young couple, making the ultimate sacrifice for their country, paying their hard earned American dollar to a "Property Management Company" that has the nerve to look a soldier and his wife in the eyes while stealing from them.&amp;nbsp; The last thing that they are worried about is actually happening.&amp;nbsp; Let that marinate.&amp;nbsp; I'll be back.&lt;/p&gt;    </content>

    <title>Wasted Time, or not?!(part 2)</title>

&lt;p&gt;(before you read this, be sure that you have read the previous.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://activerain.com/blogsview/491686/Wasted-Time-or-not" target="_blank"&gt;Wasted Time, or not?!(part 1)&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;...And, &amp;quot;Yes&amp;quot;, if you&amp;nbsp;thought this sounded a bit like&amp;nbsp;F-R-A-U-D.&amp;nbsp; Kind of obvious now.&amp;nbsp; I believe we left off with Ken Jr. sitting at a table, in front of me.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;He was lost.&amp;nbsp; Or, at least it seemed that way.&amp;nbsp; You know the look.&amp;nbsp; The one you have after staring down the highbeams of a&amp;nbsp;Mack Truck, a fraction of a second before impact.&amp;nbsp; Ken Jr. wasn&amp;#39;t exactly in a financial situation where he should be owning a home, let alone two.&amp;nbsp; Two properties that happened to be sold to him, simultaneously, with, get this, two different lenders, in two different counties, at, would you believe it, two&amp;nbsp;different&amp;nbsp;T&amp;amp;E companies.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here&amp;#39;s a question for you:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; How did all of this not raise some&amp;nbsp;eyebrows, SOMEWHERE along the way?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;#39;t figured it out yet, this is my first experience with a straw-borrower.&amp;nbsp; For those who don&amp;#39;t know, here&amp;#39;s the break-down of what a straw-borrower/buyer is:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Straw Borrower Scheme&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A straw borrower is an individual whose personal profile is used to serve as a cover for a transaction.&amp;nbsp; Straws can be willing participants in the transaction or victims whose identity is being used unbeknownst to them (identity theft). &amp;nbsp;Straw buyers can cause loans to be approved that would ordinarily be declined.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For example, the actual borrower may NOT:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Qualify for the mortgage&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Intend to occupy the property as a primary residence&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be eligible for a loan program&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Exist&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Some of the following red flags may occur in straw borrower transactions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A quit claim deed is used either right before, or soon after, loan closing&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Investment property is represented as owner-occupied&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Someone signed on the borrower&amp;#39;s behalf&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Names were added to the purchase contract&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sale involves a relative or related party&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; No sales agent is involved&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There is an indication of default by the property seller&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; High FICO score&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Power of attorney for borrower&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Good assets, but gift used as down payment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;&#8212;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Repository alerts on credit report&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, remember, I didn&amp;#39;t have all of this knowledge&amp;nbsp;three weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Ken Jr.&amp;nbsp;then informed me of the way the agreement with Bad, LLC&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;was supposed to go down.&amp;nbsp; First, Bad, LLC would find a property.&amp;nbsp; I say&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;find&amp;quot;, but they already had the property.&amp;nbsp; They had bought a bunch of&amp;nbsp;nearly fiished homes from a builder that was having issues selling the homes.&amp;nbsp; In exhange for them coming in and offloading a substantial amount of the inventory, Bad, LLC would get a substantial discount.&amp;nbsp; For example, on a $300k home, they would get it for about $220k.&amp;nbsp; As&amp;nbsp;explained to me, that difference of about $80k was to&amp;nbsp;go into a trust acct. to&amp;nbsp;help&amp;nbsp;manage &amp;amp; maintain the property over the next two years.&amp;nbsp; Bad, LLC would get tenants into the home, collect rents, and make the mortgage payments to the bank.&amp;nbsp; Very hands-off for the &amp;quot;Investor&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s where the problem lies.&amp;nbsp; In my &lt;u&gt;opinion&lt;/u&gt;, it looks like that &amp;quot;savings acct.&amp;quot; was set up in somebody&amp;#39;s front left pocket.&amp;nbsp; What&amp;#39;s more,&amp;nbsp;the Bank of Front Right Pocket was right next door.&amp;nbsp; I guess, in order to keep one pocket from dispising the other, they decided to deposit those rent payments over on the other side.&amp;nbsp; Did I mention that the tenants in these properties did their due diligene in checking the company out.&amp;nbsp; Bad, LLC was, as matter of fact, a good standing member of the B.B.B.&amp;nbsp; Which, in this case, stands for &lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt;ad &lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt;ad &lt;strong&gt;B&lt;/strong&gt;usiness.&amp;nbsp; Another point to be made, is that none of these tenants could afford to just give away first&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; last month deposits, pet deposits, and numerous months rents.&amp;nbsp; I did get emotionally attached to this &amp;quot;situation&amp;quot;,&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;I may stray at times.&amp;nbsp; I apologize.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Back to Ken Jr., again:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;So, I said, &amp;quot;The first thing we must&amp;nbsp;do is get the properties on the market.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp;     <title>Wasted Time, or not?!(part 1)</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About three weeks ago, an aquaintance called me to say that he needed my help.&amp;nbsp; We'll call that the first unrecognized clue.&amp;nbsp; He said that he had some people that needed to sell some houses.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Sweeet!&amp;nbsp; That's what I do!&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; The words 'Short' &amp;amp; 'Sale' followed shortly thereafter.&amp;nbsp; No worries, had it actually worked out that way.&amp;nbsp; Here's how things went down:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I asked him how many people he was talking about.&amp;nbsp; He was uncertain of the number, but said maybe 4 or 5.&amp;nbsp; "O.K., how many properties are we talking about", was my next question.&amp;nbsp; "Nine, that I know of", was his reply.&amp;nbsp; "Hmmm, sounds like I'm gonna be busy", was my thought.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I told him that the first thing I need is the addresses.&amp;nbsp; Second, I needed him to set up the appointments.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;He gave me the addresses&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; we parted ways that day.&amp;nbsp; A couple of days later, we would have the first meeting with the first client.&amp;nbsp; We'll call&amp;nbsp;him&amp;nbsp;Ken Jr.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I met with Ken Jr., he shared with me the story of how he ended up in my office.&amp;nbsp; He had purchased&amp;nbsp;two properties through an Investment Group that we'll call Bad, LLC.&amp;nbsp; The story that Bad, LLC sold to&amp;nbsp;Ken Jr.&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; the rest of the "Investors" will be revealed in awhile.&amp;nbsp; The properties that&amp;nbsp;Ken Jr.&amp;nbsp;now owned had closed only 2 months prior to my meeting with him.&amp;nbsp; That&amp;nbsp;can be labeled as 'unrecognized clue #2'.&amp;nbsp; Oh, and&amp;nbsp;he just realized that Bad, LLC has emptied their office space &amp;amp; disconnected all of there business &amp;amp; personal phone lines.&amp;nbsp; Hmmm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Another day, another two hours in traffic. We seem to be planning our whole day around traffic. If only we could afford to live closer to work and good schools.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Washington&amp;#39;s economy is growing faster than the rest of the nation.&amp;nbsp; Our population is growing, but the supply of middle-income homes isn&amp;#39;t. People have to drive further and further to find a good home. That means traffic jams, long commutes, sprawl that harms our environment and home prices rising 160 percent in some areas. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We need our lawmakers to make our Quality of Life a priority. &lt;p&gt;My family has lived in DuPont for 3 years now.&amp;nbsp; Today was our first taste of Bruceski&amp;#39;s Buffalo Wings &amp;amp; Pizza.&amp;nbsp; It WON&amp;#39;T be our last.&amp;nbsp; Possibly, &lt;u&gt;not even this week&lt;/u&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;It was that good&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;First of all, I have never received such friendly &amp;amp; pleasant customer service, in DuPont, as I did from each person working tonight.&amp;nbsp; That was my exact thought as I walked out the door.&amp;nbsp; It was almost like they genuinely appreciated that I was there.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Next, the food&amp;nbsp;is &lt;u&gt;easily&lt;/u&gt; the best in town, &lt;u&gt;hands down&lt;/u&gt;!&amp;nbsp; Just like the first paragraph on &lt;a href="http://www.bruceskis.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&amp;amp;Itemid=1" target="_blank"&gt;their webpage&lt;/a&gt; says, I wish that I had ordered more!&amp;nbsp; That&amp;#39;s really all I can say.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I absolutely recommend trying it for yourself!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thank You for a GREAT dinner, Bruceskis!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/2/2/7/6/5/ar120607493256722.jpg" height="117" alt=" " width="200" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;    </content>
