Its what we dream about. Retiring to the sun and fun of Florida. Well I happen to live here already and a Realtor so that makes me an expert on some really great places. It seems everyone has there own ideas of what retirement is. We have the golfers, fisherman, sun worshipers and the list goes on. Brevard County has approx. 5000 properties for sell. We have homes selling for prices we haven't seen for 10 years or longer. We have new construction, rehabbed home, homes that need updating.
