I am looking forward to 2011!  2010 was filled with opportunities and I really think that 2011 is going to be even better! 
I feel blessed for my family, friends and clients!  I am so fortunate for the friends I have met on Active Rain!  It has been great learning and sharing with everyone on the blogs. 
I wish everyone a fantastic NEW YEAR fille with many blessings, good health and good times!!

Santa Claus is in the Neighborhood - 12/14/10 07:16 PM
Santa Claus is in my neighborhood right NOW!!  He has arrived on the fire engine and the children are outside on the sidewalk waiting to get a glimpse of Santa and to wave hello!  I am, hmmmm, blank many years old and I still get excited to see Santa! 
It is wonderful how the fire department shares in the Christmas spirit!  Thank you Westminster Fire Department! Now I am really getting excited for Christmas!

Christmas Caroling at the Nursing Homes - 12/12/10 08:42 PM
Christmas Caroling at the Nursing Homes was great today! 
We spent the afternoon visiting three different nursing homes/assisted living facilities and singing Christmas Carols  At the first home the man we visited used to attend the church we were with and he sang in the choir.  After we finished singing to him he teared up he was so happy to have everyone there with him.  I felt tears in my eyes too!
At the second home the residents gathered together in the living room anxiously waiting to hear the songs.  Some sang along and other just tapped to the music.

Hershey Park, PA  - Christmas Candy Lane
A family tradition for my family!
This past Saturday we went to Hershey Park, PA - Christmas Candy Lane and we had a wonderful time going through the chocolate factory, riding the rides and seeing all the Christmas lights and decorations.  My family and I have been making this a tradition for the past several years.  My youngest daughter, Allison's birthday is the beginning of December so this trip makes for a great birthday celebration as well as a festive holiday tradition. I have to share this story because so many BANK SALES and SHORT SALES are so AWFUL I wanted to share the GOOD NEWS! I have been working with these wonderful buyers for almost a year, Jayne and Steve.  Jayne and Steve sold their home last summer and moved into a rental home while searching for their "perfect" home.  It was a long journey, we searched and searched for the right home at the right price.  We would find a home that was just right for Jayne but not so much for Steve and vice versa until one day about 30 days … (6 comments)
