A little story, I live in the country and sell many homes in the country. While working in the country I have come across cows, roosters, pigs, llamas, alpacas, bulls, deer and many more creatures. I love the love country and all it has to offer but sometimes it is nice to go to the city to sell because I don't have to have pockets full of treats in case I come head to head with one of the animals. FORECLOSURES!!!! It is challenging to be a buyers agent in a foreclosure sale.....you want to protect your buyer as much as you can but the bank addendums come after the offer and they ammend everything that you included in the offer to protect the buyer!! A foreclosure home can be a good deal for a buyer but it is VERY important that buyers go in the transaction with EYES WIDE OPEN. Yesterday as I was ending the day and ending a very tough week in real estate was coming to an end I did not realize that today was going to be Friday the 13th!! When I woke up this morning everything that had been going wrong all week was turning around. I read one email after another and it was ALL good! Yesterday NOTHING was quite right. I hear many stories about how bad Friday the 13th is but I have to say I am VERY EXCITED for today!!! I think from here on out 12 is my unlucky number!!! Have a great weekend! … (3 comments)
