This next one is certainly a great one, FLIP by R. Villani/C. DavisThis one is part of the same series as the last one, (the Millionaire Real Estate Series)It had some great information, by seasoned investor with over a thousand homes filpped. The second book I'd like to reccomend is The Millionaire Real Estate Agent- Jenks/KellerOf course this Nationwide bestseller is a powerful tool for your business.
