Sorry for the delay in posting these, and thanks Marco, for reminding me!
I'vee had the pix but have been busy dealing with a massive wood rot issue on a listing, so my attention has sadly been diverted.

This is the new front view. That is the same palm tree beyond the mailbox. The walk has been completely replaced with a loose coquina walk that curves around the house.

This is the new backyard, you can see the edge of the rear patio. What a difference! The other "weedy" shrubs that were blocking everything were wax myrtles. The grass … (9 comments)

I was just pulling the daily Hot Sheet for select areas so I could alert buyers to fabulous homes they could be interested in and an oddity showed up.....
Desirable listing in great community, wait, here is the exact verbiage:
JUST REDUCED !!!!!Home is in heart of XXXXXXX and within walking distance of the square. Home has hard wood floors. Tile in kitchen, bath and bonus/Florida room. Many restaurants and park close by. Buyer to verify square footage.
Days on market are 212.....why?
There are no photos, not one....wonder if the listing agent has figured it out yet?
