You begged your Realtor to test the market with a higher price then she recommended. She did it with the normal cautions. That you are wasting prime marketing time. People might not view the property at this price. You also need to be prepared to come down quickly. There are problems with the house that are not problems to you but are problems to the new buyer. The Realtor suggests that you go to the original recommended price. You go down $5k not $20K. After three weeks on the market and one open house no one has come into the home. You … (2 comments)

Well it happened. My business partner got a listing for a mobile home on a rented lot.... Not my favorite animal to sell... I had to do a lot of homework to find someone who would finance this place. I also needed to coordinate with the park. I found the lender by calling all my loan officers and one person knew of a lender. THe problem is that they kept disqualifying the buyers second job....
