Well it happened. My business partner got a listing for a mobile home on a rented lot.... Not my favorite animal to sell... I had to do a lot of homework to find someone who would finance this place. I also needed to coordinate with the park. I found the lender by calling all my loan officers and one person knew of a lender. THe problem is that they kept disqualifying the buyers second job....
