The last story for my state representative This one happened in 2011....
Judith and Sam,
Judith and Sam are friends of mine. I was at their wedding. Their story is a little different They only had one mortgage and it was for a mobile home on a rented lot. They bought their home right after the marriage for $59 K… Things were going OK even thought they were paying over $900/ month for their mortgage (payment) and lot rental…Then Sam lost his job. job: Every so often I throw out a resume for a "day job" - 11/30/11 10:11 AM

I usually love my job.... But I could do other things.... Things that have few night and weekend off.... Where I can know that my time off is time off and I know where my next paycheck is coming from...

I wasn't planning to put out my resume... I probably wont get the job... But the Amalgamated Sugar factory is looking for a Factory chemist.... My experience in chemistry is old but they want someone who knows laboratory protocol and can calibrate the laboratory machines..... I can do that.... It might be boring... If you have a job (doesn't have to be a good one)....Nothing in collections.... Reasonable credit....I can get you into a house cheaper then your rent....
This is a situation that didn't exist during the run up of prices in Boise....Landlords are forced into a high rent because they have a high mortgage and have double taxes to pay off.... Every home I sold lowered the renters payments significantly and they now have pride of ownership. The rates are great.... The homes are good.... The price is right....The prices are rising in Boise....The inventory is shrinking.... Right now is the best … (0 comments)
