mobile home rented lot: She should not of sold her home without a plan - 02/19/21 05:56 AM

I have a lead generating service.   Yesterday I got a call from an older lady.  She was excited.  She had just sold her home and was calling on a mobile home on a rented lot.  That particular one was pending.  She did not know about lot rent.  I found out she did not have the money for a mortgage (although I might have her look into it).   She has until April 1 to move.

The second buyer who was turned down got her family members to finance the trailer with cash.   She is one excited young lady.  Of course for … (3 comments)
